GradsKey has been skilling approximately 25,000 undergraduate students since last year in collaboration with the IIT Madras Pravartak Foundation. The program aims to equip students from tier-1 and tier-2 colleges with skills comparable to those from premier institutions like IITs and NITs, emphasizing problem-solving and critical thinking throughout their academic journey.

This approach has significantly improved employability rates, with the top 50% of students gaining valuable exposure to industrial skills and methodologies. By focusing on skills development early in a student’s career, GradsKey prepares them more effectively for the job market.
